The Mind – A Still Life Demo

The Mind - A Still Life Demo

I ran a small informal photography demo/class today, illustrating how to do a still life indoor shot and processing using Photoshop. I was rather pleased at the result considering the conditions at the facility. Due to the limited space available, I had to shoot fairly close to the subject and stitch together several focus stacked images. A reflector umbrella with 5500K lights provided side lighting.

Exposure Data: ISO 6400, f/16, 1/10

    1. Thank you, Rajiv. I urge you to check out CombineZP. It’s the software I use to focus stack. It’s free and does a nice job. Cheers! :)
